Ensure GS-1 Compliance with Barcode400 by TL Ashford

In today’s fast-paced supply chain environment, GS-1 compliance is crucial for suppliers, particularly in the retail sector. GS-1 standards are designed to enhance efficiency by providing a universal system for product identification, data capture, and label formatting. Barcode400, a powerful tool by TL Ashford, is designed to help you meet these stringent GS-1 specifications with ease.

Why GS-1 Compliance Matters

GS-1 standards dictate the design and content of labels applied to products, containers, and shipments. These labels are essential for smooth operations across the supply chain, enabling accurate tracking, inventory management, and sales. Failure to comply with these standards can lead to significant consequences, including product returns, fines, or even the termination of contracts.

How Barcode400 Simplifies GS-1 Labeling

Barcode400 offers a comprehensive solution by providing pre-designed label formats that meet GS-1 labeling specifications. TL Ashford has curated a vast library of label templates that are tailored to the unique requirements of over 500 companies. Whether you need a label for a product, a container, or a shipping box, Barcode400 ensures that your labels adhere to the correct GS-1 standards.

One of the key advantages of Barcode400 is its flexibility. You can easily plug data fields from your existing files or programs directly onto the label, ensuring that the information displayed is accurate and up-to-date. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of errors that could lead to non-compliance.

Custom Label Design

In addition to the extensive library of templates, TL Ashford also offers custom label design services. If you have a specific customer requirement that isn’t covered by our existing templates, we will design a custom label format to meet those needs. This level of support ensures that you can always comply with your customers’ unique demands, no matter how specific they may be.
